Jesaja 30:16

SV	En gij zegt: Neen, maar op paarden zullen wij vlieden; daarom zult gij vlieden! En: Op snelle [paarden] zullen wij rijden; daarom zullen uw vervolgers [ook] snel zijn!
WLC	וַתֹּ֨אמְר֥וּ לֹא־כִ֛י עַל־ס֥וּס נָנ֖וּס עַל־כֵּ֣ן תְּנוּס֑וּן וְעַל־קַ֣ל נִרְכָּ֔ב עַל־כֵּ֖ן יִקַּ֥לּוּ רֹדְפֵיכֶֽם׃
Trans.	watō’mərû lō’-ḵî ‘al-sûs nānûs ‘al-kēn tənûsûn wə‘al-qal nirəkāḇ ‘al-kēn yiqqallû rōḏəfêḵem:

AC	טז ותאמרו לא כי על סוס ננוס על כן תנוסון ועל קל נרכב על כן יקלו רדפיכם
ASV	but ye said, No, for we will flee upon horses; therefore shall ye flee: and, We will ride upon the swift; therefore shall they that pursue you be swift.
BE	Saying, No, for we will go in flight on horses; so you will certainly go in flight: and, We will go on the backs of quick-running beasts; so those who go after you will be quick-footed.
Darby	And ye said, No, but we will flee upon horses, -- therefore shall ye flee; and, We will ride upon the swift, -- therefore shall they that pursue you be swift.
ELB05	und ihr sprachet: "Nein, sondern auf Rossen wollen wir fliegen", darum werdet ihr fliehen; und: "Auf Rennern wollen wir reiten", darum werden eure Verfolger rennen.
LSG	Vous avez dit: Non! nous prendrons la course à cheval! -C'est pourquoi vous fuirez à la course. -Nous monterons des coursiers légers! -C'est pourquoi ceux qui vous poursuivront seront légers.
Sch	Aber ihr wollt nicht, sondern ihr sprechet: «Nein, wir wollen auf Rossen dahinfliegen!» Darum müsset ihr auch fliehen. «Wir wollen schnell davonreiten!» Darum werden eure Verfolger noch schneller sein!
